Consolidates Ownership.
Effective May 9th, 2000, the ARNTZ Company of Germany, which
has been the major stockholder since the conception of ARNTZ
& Haas/ARNTZ, Inc., has purchased all shares of
stock from the minority shareholders. The ARNTZ Company
of Germany looks forward to providing our customers with the
