25 years of Jan Wilhelm Arntz at ARNTZ!

We won’t be able to find our CEO in the first picture of the workforce, although Mr. Arntz, a junior with an affinity for technology, has been working in the production halls on Lenneper Strasse from an early age. But he is clearly far too young for that! However, the first official evidence can be found in the 80s (Picture 2).

Alongside motorcycles, cars and skiing, technology, machines and tools have always inspired Jan W. Arntz and ultimately shaped his professional life. After successfully studying mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Braunschweig, the graduate engineer first conquered the professional world as a consultant, before returning to his roots with innovative ideas in his luggage. By gradually converting the core business from circular saws to the production of band saw blades, he succeeded in continuing the future-oriented direction of the family business. Since 2005, Jan Wilhelm Arntz has led the ARNTZ Group in the 7th generation as managing partner and has thus worthily taken over the carefully constructed baton from his father Johann Wilhelm Arntz.

We would like to congratulate Mr. Arntz on his 25th anniversary with the company and wish him continued success, good health and a happy future. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his great commitment, his open ear for our concerns, his reliability and his clear view even in difficult situations.
